The 2021/2022 Waardi Annual General Meeting (AGM) has been adjourned to 4.30pm on Wednesday, 30 November 2022 at The Gimme Club, Goolarri Media Enterprises 3 Blackman St, Broome.

Update – Governance Restructure

In June 2019 the Jabirr Jabirr / Ngumbarl People endorsed a new corporate structure for Waardi Limited (“Waardi”), Guumbarr Limited (“Guumbarr”) and Gogolanyangor Aboriginal Corporation (“GAC”).
This is an update on the progress made so far and asks for you to give your feedback on the structure that looks after your native title rights, interests, and benefits.

2021/22 Audited Financial Report

Please note that due to Waardi’s auditors having some scheduling issues this year that prevented them from finalising the audit any sooner, the Waardi 2021/22 Audited Financial Report was not included in the AGM notice mailout. While not a legal requirement for this to be sent with the AGM notice, Waardi apologises that it wasn’t possible to do so this year. A copy of the Auditors report can be obtained, either in hard copy or in electronic form, from the Waardi Office and here. We will also provide hard copies at the AGM as per usual.
